The Feasts at Stone Barns welcomes attendees to our Hudson Valley campus during the peak of spring blossoms and the splendor of autumn for one-of-a-kind meal experiences that highlight the delicious collaboration between Stone Barns Center and Blue Hill.

Guests will meet farmers and chefs in behind-the-scenes growing, cooking, and research spaces to enjoy a multi-course feast of small bites, plated dishes, and beverages by Blue Hill at Stone Barns. Each Feast offers a unique experience and menu, welcoming guests to engage deeply with the seasonal rhythm of the farm and restaurant.

Proceeds to benefit Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture, a nonprofit organization.
Reservations will be available every 30 minutes on a fixed schedule that is built in accordance with the sunlight hours of the season. Experiences are outdoors and last approximately three hours. Each time slot accommodates up to 16 guests.
