Taste the research projects that are accelerating with the launch of Rhizome—a regional food research and incubation company from Blue Hill restaurant and Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture. All proceeds will benefit this work.

Reservations will be available every 30 minutes on a fixed schedule. Experiences are indoors and last approximately three hours. Each time slot accommodates up to 16 guests.
