Join our chefs, farmers, ecologists, butchers and bakers for a meal that explores our region's unique agricultural and culinary potential. Taste the research projects that are accelerating with the launch of Rhizome—a regional food research and incubation company from Blue Hill restaurant and Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture. All proceeds will benefit this work.

Reservations will be available every 30 minutes on a fixed schedule. Experiences are indoors and last approximately three hours. Each time slot accommodates up to 16 guests.
