This program will have two pick-ups at the Farm Stand. No delivery. 
Pick-Up #1: April 29 & 30, 10am - 4pm. 
Pick-Up #2: May 13 & 14, 10am - 4pm.

The Beef Share R&D program at Stone Barns Center is open to 20 participants who want to join our Meat Processing Center in cooking a wide range of cuts from a single Angus/South Poll steer. Every participant will receive two staggered pick-ups of a 10-pound share of beef, with cuts prepared and labeled by the butchers at Blue Hill.

Not only will this program deliver rich flavor for you and your household, it also involves you in our Innovation Labs' work to increase financial equity for regenerative livestock farmers. On Saturday, April 30th at 12pm, we invite you to join us on campus or on Zoom for an exclusive unboxing with the Blue Hill butchers, who will introduce you to the cuts of beef in your share, demo cooking preparations for a few of the cuts and offer tastings for those in attendance. Additionally we will ask you to fill out a series of surveys about flavor and preparation to help us build the Meat Counter of the Future.

By signing up for this program, you agree to cook alongside the Meat Processing Center and the other share participants and to submit your survey responses in a timely manner. Your feedback is crucial to our research and development! We look forward to learning from you, and we’re eager to share our most delicious tips and tricks.
